Joseph offers a unique blend of executive acumen, strong product development knowledge, and a proven track record of progressing a product from initial concept to commercialization. He has more than 15 years of diverse domestic and international experience in renewable energy, energy sustainability, and clean/green technologies. Joseph has worked with startups in Silicon Valley, large Fortune 500 companies, and various multinational corporations like First Solar, Vestas Wind Systems, and Royal Philips of the Netherlands.

An expert strategist with a background in finance and science, Leland has held high profile strategy roles in the corporate, consulting, and startup arenas. With over 14 years of experience across the energy, technology, media, advertising, SaaS, investment, banking, and retail industries in both strategic and tactical roles, he has a broad range of experience spanning from top-down strategic planning to getting the job done in the trenches. Leland has held previous strategy roles at Pandora, BlackRock, Salesforce, and Barclay’s Global Investors.

Naser brings over 17 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering and Quality Management. He has an extensive manufacturing management background and has management experience in some of Silicon Valley’s most reputable contract manufacturing companies like Nvidia, IBM, Sanmina-SCI, and Selectron. Naser has qualified and recertified plants to ISO/TL 9001:2008, AS9100, ISO 14001, MIL-28870 & RoHS, and is responsible for plant QMS, customers, and regulatory visits and audits.

Umida has 10+ years of experiences in entrepreneurship, new business development, and partnerships across industries in renewable energy, digital media, education, video-gamification and human capital. As Umida knows firsthand the hardships of growing up in an environment where energy and clean water is scarce, she is convinced that InnoGen will make positive social and environmental impact. At InnoGen, her role is to realize growth and alliance opportunities with key industry organizations that accelerate InnoGen’s local and global growth.

Aubrey brings 20+ years of experience in product development and packaging in industries ranging from consumer electronics, office, and medical products. Aubrey graduated from Parsons School of Design in NY with an ID degree, produced various award-winning designs, and has collaborated in design and utility patents. Throughout his career he has worked as a lead industrial designer/CAD specialist, and has contributed to design projects for numerous tech companies from sketch to production. He is naturally drawn to innovation, CAD engineering, problem solving, and loves to employ a simplistic and sustainable element to design.
